Do you drink enough water?

Check out the best way you can add water to your daily activity: 

  • Drink one glass of water when you wake up in the morning.  
  • Add Flavor- Grapefruit, Strawberries, Lemon, Cucumber, Ginger, Celery, Basil, Mint, Lavender.  
  • Drink one glass of water after using the restroom.
  • Before every meal, drink one glass of water.  
  • Set a timer on your phone to alert you when to drink water again.  
  • Use marked water always bottle & Keep it with you.  
  • Consume foods higher in water- Lettuce, Celery, Zucchini, Cabbage, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Honeydew melon.
