This group of A+ players will not only support you in your journey but also will hold you accountable for raising your standards to greatness.
Align yourself with people who do not make excuses and are not looking for ordinary people who are hand-picked and assembled by you for one reason: to help you elevate to great in your life.
Your superhero squad is the different people you’ve assembled around you to help you get to the next level.
You must first identify your weaknesses to assemble who you need on your squad. This is because you need to choose people to join your squad whose strengths are your weaknesses.
You don’t want to find people who all have the same strengths. When you understand the value, you bring to the table, go all-in on bringing your strengths to the team to achieve its mission.
You are the company you keep.
If you are the most competent person in the room, you are in the wrong room. You will know you are in the right place in life when your superhero squad makes you feel slightly uncomfortable because you know that they will always put their best foot forward and expect you to do the same.
Your life will dramatically change when you start to surround yourself with people who want to win as badly as you do.

- Make a list of all your strengths. What are all of the things that you naturally do well?
- Make a list of all your weaknesses. What are all of the things that you do not do well?
- Make a list of the people you know (not just personally) whose strengths are your weaknesses.
