Know what steps you need to take daily to achieve that goal.

Have a plan for what you need to do from when you wake up until you go to bed. You can and should visualize yourself taking these steps.

Plan things that you are going to enjoy. If you like walking, plan a time to walk. If you need to plan a cheat meal, plan a cheat meal.

Make sure these daily actions are things that you will want to do. Whatever you choose, there will be days when you do not want to do it. Having something you like will make it easier to get out there.
