You are more powerful than you think!

But you won’t find out without trying.

Do you think you’re powerful?

We want you to say yes to that.

You ARE powerful, and you have more power than you realize.

You are more powerful than you think!

Power comes from being able to take control of your life.

As an FNS Athlete, you’ve taken control of your health and are working towards fitness.

Even if you have always felt you lack this all-important quality, do not feel disheartened. You can achieve miracles by consciously trying to develop the power inside you. Through regular exercises and self-discipline, you can strengthen your power & it can be reinforced over the years. Self-care can ensure that you have the power to get things done on time and every time.

Watch this video to push yourself & find the power within you!

Practice your power this week!

This week, practice that power. Feel it in you and feed it with hard work, determination, and results.

By the end of the week, say that you powered through everything you could.

Here’s how to do just that:

  • Take control over yourself, nutrition & workout

Power is control, and one thing you always have control over is what you eat and how you move.

Choose to eat right and often exercise this week.

You can and will feel your body’s power working at its full potential.

Plan and prep your meals as soon as you can. Don’t cheat this week! Stick to your plan, no matter what. You can and will be better for it. Fill your plates with delicious protein, whole grain carbs, and healthy fats.

Block out time this week to get your exercise in. If you don’t think you have the time, make the time. Any exercise is better than no exercise. Even if all you can do is a thirty-minute walk, you’ll be better for it.

  • Prepare & get everything ready

Hopefully, you have your to-do list for this week.

If not, write down all the things you need to get done this week personally and professionally.

Finish everything on that list this week – no excuses.

Do whatever it takes.

When Sunday rolls around, have a list for next week and be ready to do the same thing.

When you finish everything (you’ll probably be done by Friday because you are POWERFUL), do the things you’ve wanted to do for a while but haven’t had time. Enjoy the free time you created by crushing your goals for the week.

  • Give it your best shot!

Effort is all you have this week.

You have to go all out this week. Be powerful, strong, and prepared, and give it your all.

When you get knocked down, get back up as soon as possible. Don’t let anything keep you on the ground. There will be ups and downs this week, but you are more powerful than a bad day.

If you’ve used your time to its maximum potential, some of you will probably want to take it easy and coast next week. You know you can’t do that; you’re too powerful to coast.

If you utilize your power of choice every day, you can change the course of your entire life.

Stop leaving your life up to what you ate for breakfast and which way the wind blows. Pick a direction, and don’t let anything stop you from going that way.

You don’t have to do:

  • what you most feel like doing.
  • what you’ve “come to expect from yourself.”
  • follow any precedents or rules.
  • listen to your internal objections.
  • care what society thinks of you and your choices.
  • wait for a better time.
  • finish poorly just because you started badly.
  • limit yourself in any way for any reason.

You have the power to choose your actions and trailblaze a brand-new path.

This power is not conditional to anything and is always available to you.

Will you use it?
