What is the 90 Day Do More Bucket list?

It is time to upgrade on our COMMITMENT. Commit yourself to the cause or purpose. When you are genuinely committed to a goal, you do the work despite not feeling like it. You work on your dreams even though you would rather sleep. You defy the cold and rain for it. You break old destructive patterns for it. And you push through any obstacle that comes in your way. 

The stronger your commitment, the more likely you will succeed as you refuse to give up or give in. You make more disciplined and productive decisions — and are more willing to go out of your comfort zone. That is what it takes to achieve success. The level of success will also be based on how much you believe in yourself.

When we use passion as our drive, we will always do what our interests are. As you build your bucket list, think of what aligns to the cause more than the interest, as passion naturally follows it. See the things that you do not always want to do will fill your PURPOSE bucket. There will be moments where you do not have the passion to follow it, but when you do the things you do not want to do, you get fulfillment. 

For example, there are skills you want to achieve but we do not always start with passion when we do it. As we make strides to accomplishing this goal, we get fulfillment and the commitment to continue to do it is the cause; the purpose of doing this skill will give you passion. When you get better at the things, you do not want to do, you will love it that much more when you do know how to do it. 

Before you can be more, you MUST give more and DO more. Ask yourself: what do I need to give more of? Maybe we need to be more consistent, give more time, give up certain habits, give up self-doubt, etc.

  • 2. Think about what is your purpose to your goal
